All you need to do is turn up and start training. We will be there with you every step of the way on the gym floor and behind the scenes through our private MissFit Forum for all clients.

Group Classes

With 30 classes per week to choose from you will find times that work with your schedule.  Our group classes are unique, you will never have the same routine twice!  No boredom at MissFit – we keep you on the move at every class.  We have designed our own classes which include HIIT (high, intensity, interval, training), BURST, XFIT WOW, PUMP IT OUT, CARDIO BOX, BLT (aka Butt, Legs and Thighs), 30/30, Mat Pilates, PowerMet and Mobility, Beginner’s Boxing, Weights and BLT, Coorparoo Women’s Only Walking Group, Teenage BootCamp, our well known KP STAIRS @ Kangaroo Point and our famous Baby Boot Camp classes for new mums with bubs.  Create your own mix of classes to ensure you keep yourself challenged.  Packages start from as little as one class per week right up to unlimited training. You can also add on a 24/7 gym access tag too.
